Identity Is Everything

After a visit to a mysterious website featuring a bunch of cute girls, Kiyohiko is sent a school ID card with one particular girl who has a slightly different name from his. Worried that his identity might have been stolen, he asks his friend, Toshiaki, to take a look at his computer. Seeing nothing wrong, he looks at the ID and notes how much the girl looks like Kiyohiko. But as Toshiaki makes more and more observations, it's almost like Kiyohiko is turning into the girl in the photo!
